What are the “4C”?
It is Carat (size), Color, Clarity and Cut. Every diamond is specifically graded on these features. The diamond price will be difference based on the different 4C result on the report.

Do I need to pay any import duty charges in my country for the goods I order with you?
We normally take all necessary steps to avoid any duty charges being levied on our clients in their country. However the Custom Duty procedures of your country are beyond our control . At some point of time its quite possible that you are charged with the Custom Duty by the Custom department of your country. You need to pay that on your own.
If I want to return goods for some reasons, how can I do it?
Usually we do not face such situation because there are no quality issues with us. In some special cases if you wish to return the goods please write us and we will give the best way out for it.

The prices listed on the website apply for bulk gems only.

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please send us the correct postal code and we can ship it. But for Canada, we advise to use only Fedex shipping option as transit time for parcels shipped by Registered Mail might take 1-2 months
